I would like to invite you to participate in the inaugural offering of the Harvard Medical School CME course: Young Adults with Chronic Conditions: Optimizing Treatment and Transition from Pediatric to Adult Care.
This special new course will provide important clinical updates to optimize the care of young adults with chronic conditions, and strategies and best practices for their effective transition to and acceptance into adult care.
