If you have yet to register for Hospital Medicine 2019, it's not too late to still get the regular registration rate at https://shmannualconference.org/.
I find this to be the most valuable conference of the year, across any that I attend. Not only is there almost too much to learn, but the Family Medicine Special Interest Group meets in person and drives SHM policy and activities in ways that help those of us trained in Family Medicine.
What are you most looking forward to at HM2019?

Yes! The content is so applicable to my day-to-day work but I also love meeting the residents and students, particularly the resident and student scholar grant winners!
