Dr. Lauren Gambill is an assistant professor of pediatrics at UT Austin Dell Medical School and serves as the assistant program director for the Academic Pediatric Association Health Policy Scholars Program. She is a faculty fellow at the LBJ School of Public Affairs Center for Health and Social Policy and plays an active role in pediatric advocacy as a member of the Texas Pediatric Society (TPS) executive board. Additionally, she serves on several TPS committees and is the co-director of the TPS TEACH (Texas Educators in Advocacy and Community Health) Collaborative.

Robert Bradner is an attorney at Holland & Knight's Federal Practice with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare policy, legislative strategy, and federal funding. Before joining the firm in 2000, he spent 13 years in government service, including seven years as chief of staff and counsel to Rep. John Edward Porter, former chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies. He specializes in Medicare and Medicaid policy, healthcare regulation, biomedical research funding, veterans’ health programs, and higher education policy, providing strategic guidance to medical centers, academic institutions, and nonprofit entities navigating federal policy and appropriations.
