Calling all Hospital Medicine NPs and PAs! Join us September 16th for this online focus group for NP and PAs in adult hospital medicine where we will discuss how care models impact NP/PA wellbeing and burnout as a part of a nationwide research project. Registration in advance is required.
Study Details:
Aims: Examine how hospital medicine care models affect APP burnout and professional fulfillment, understand protective and harmful practices within hospital organizations that contribute to burnout, and explore if feelings of burnout and professional fulfillment vary by practice model.
Inclusion/Exclusion criteria: Any APP (NP or PA) currently working in adult hospital medicine.
What to Expect: You will be asked to participate in an online focus group that will last approximately 60 minutes and to complete a brief survey.
Compensation: All participants will receive an e-gift card for their participation in a focus group and survey completion.
