Trauma-Informed Care SIG Kickoff Meeting!

This kickoff meeting launches the SHM Trauma-Informed Care SIG. Trauma-informed care is increasingly relevant in hospital medicine, where patients and clinicians often experience high stress, prior trauma, and risk of retraumatization during care.

This informal session will focus on meeting one another, sharing experiences, and identifying shared priorities. We’ll also discuss what this group should become and how it can support trauma-informed practice in hospital settings.

All experience levels welcome.
