Management of the Hospitalized Patient (MHP) is back in San Francisco, October 30-November 1, 2025, for its 29th year! This course covers clinical issues relevant to hospitalists and clinicians caring for inpatients. Taught by UCSF’s top instructors and selected guest faculty, MHP highlights recent advances and current controversies in the field. The course will use a mobile audience response system and feature multiple workshops with small group discussions. Offered in person and virtually, MHP includes content about critical care, perioperative care, patient safety, hospital neurology, cardiology, GI, diabetes, hematology, oncology, nephrology, and infectious diseases.
This course is presented by the UCSF Division of Hospital Medicine and is sponsored by the Office of Continuing Medical Education, University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. It also serves as the West Coast regional meeting of the Society of Hospital Medicine.
