The SHM Utah Chapter will be hosting an in-person event on Wednesday, August 23rd at 6:00 p.m. MT at Finca in Salt Lake City, UT to celebrate August Civic Health Month. Please join the chapter for networking and for an educational presentation titled "Voting is a Determinant of Health: The Skinny on Health Policy and How Vot-ER is Empowering Patients," provided by Dr. Ron Greeno and Dr. Alister Martin.

The Utah Chapter invites all District 10 Chapters (Arizona, Hawaii, New Mexico and Utah) to join for the presentation virtually over Zoom at 7:00 p.m MT. The Zoom Meeting information will be located in your registration confirmation email.
