The SHM Wisconsin Chapter encouraged all Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine, IM-Pediatrics and Pediatrics Residents, Fellows and Medical Students to participate in the chapter's virtual Scientific Abstract Competition which is taking place Wednesday, October 26th at 6:00 p.m. CT. Please join the chapter to view the oral presentations of the top 9 abstracts chosen from over 70 submissions. This meeting will also feature an address from the SHM Wisconsin Chapter President, Dr. Sanjay Bhandari.

The top scoring resident/fellow will receive a complimentary registration and a $500 travel stipend to attend SHM's annual conference, Converge, March 26-29, 2023 in Austin, TX. This person will also receive automatic acceptance to the National Scientific Abstract Competition taking place at Converge and will be required to submit their abstract to the national submission site by the November 29, 2022 deadline in order to be accepted. One winner from the medical student submissions will receive $300 towards registration/travel to Converge 2023. Two randomly selected meeting attendees will receive a $100 raffle prize.
