The SHM Connecticut Chapter is hosting an in-person event on Wednesday, January 24th at 6:00 p.m. ET at Viron Rondo Osteria in Cheshire, CT. Please join the chapter for networking and for an educational presentation titled "Professional Compounding," provided by Dr. Gagan Singh.
This event will also feature the chapter's annual awards ceremony to celebrate excellence in Hospital Medicine and to honor hospitalists for their outstanding dedication to the field. 

The Society of Hospital Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Society of Hospital Medicine designates this in-person activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit^TM.  Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
