The SHM San Diego Chapter will be hosting a virtual career night on Thursday, August 7th at 6:00 p.m. PT. Residents are welcome to join us to meet and network with hospitalists from UC San Diego, Sharp Rees-Stealy, Sharp Grossmont, Kaiser San Diego, VA San Diego, Scripps Green, Scripps Encinitas, and more. They will share and offer insight on their unique hospital cultures, clinical workflows, application processes, and day-to-day life as hospitalists.

6:00-6:05 p.m. - Introduction about the hospital medicine job market
6:05-6:15 p.m. - Tips and pearls for applying for hospitalist jobs
6:15-7:00 p.m. - Panelist discussion about the different hospitals/ organizations in the area
7:00-7:30 p.m. - Q&A with panelists
