Jim is a leadership coach for physicians, a patient experience consultant, business strategist, writer, & public speaker. In addition to that, Jim worked closely with executive, physician & nursing teams at over 50 of the nation’s largest health systems to maximize their organizations’ performance. As Director of Leadership Development at The Advisory Board Company & at the Health Management Academy, he led management seminars to over 5,000 executives at over 100 hospitals & corporations nationwide.
