The SHM Iowa Chapter is pleased to collaborate with the ACP Iowa Chapter and The University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine for the upcoming Progress 2023 Conference being held in-person, October 5-6, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Coralville in Coralville, IA. Emphasizing the interprofessional team approach to patient care, this program combines annual internal medicine and pharmacy continuing education programs into a single multi-track program offering plenary sessions, breakout sessions, and current hot topics in a combined interprofessional format.  Topics include updates and practice changes in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, General Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Hospital Medicine, Neurology, and Psychology.
