The SHM Maryland and Delaware Chapters are collaborating for a virtual meeting on Tuesday, December 9th at 8:00 p.m. ET. Please join the chapters for an educational presentation titled "Perioperative Medicine - Cardiac Updates and Controversies," provided by Dr. Steven Cohn. This lecture will provide a summary of the updated American College of Cardiology (ACC) perioperative management guidelines for noncardiac surgery. Following this presentation, attendees will be able to perform a better preoperative cardiac risk assessment using the information provided and the new algorithm.
