Please join us on National Hospitalist Day for an interactive workshop titled "Building your anti-bias toolbox: managing harassment and aggressions in the acute care setting," provided by Drs. Rachel Darling, Tsige Gebreslasse and Colin Turner.

- Appreciate the presence of harassment and aggressions in the acute care setting and the clinical learning environment.
- Describe strategies to mitigate harassment and aggressions both in real time and after they have occurred.
- Practice these strategies using case-based scenarios.
