The SHM NYC/ Westchester chapter will be holding an in-person meeting on Wednesday, June 1st at 6:00 p.m. ET the Capital Grille in New York, NY. Please join the chapter for networking and for an educational presentation titled "Where COULD We Go From Here: Post Traumatic Growth For Individuals in the COVID-19 Recovery Phase," provided by Dr. Kerri Palamara McGrath. 

Through a combination of personal stories and existing theoretical models, Dr. Palamara will review the experience of grief, examine the concept of post-traumatic growth, and share practical strategies to support emotional fitness in ourselves, our faculty, and our learners. This interactive workshop will provide opportunities to connect with colleagues and allow participants to personalize the lessons and strategies learned.
