The SHM New Mexico Chapter is holding a virtual meeting on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. MT. Please join the chapter for networking and for an educational presentation titled "Caring for Gender Minorities," provided by Dr. Molly McClain and Adrien Lawyer.

The goal of this session is to gain a better understanding of gender affirming communication, examination methods, medication reconciliation and other vital information aimed at hospitalists. Lastly, the presenters will discuss systemic changes at institutions that create a more inclusive environment for gender minorities.
