Call for Abstracts:
Become more involved in your local SHM chapter while sharing new discoveries with your hospital medicine community. Submit your research abstract for the chance to present at the SHM North Jersey Chapter's Scientific Abstract Competition on November 17th. All residents, fellows, and medical students are eligible to participate. The abstract submission guidelines can be found here.
Submission Deadline: Sunday, October 30th at 11:59 p.m. ET
Submission Categories: I. Research II. Innovations III. Clinical Vignettes
The top scoring abstract will receive automatic acceptance to the National Scientific Abstract Competition taking place at SHM's annual conference, Converge, March 26-29, 2023 in Austin, TX and will receive a $500 travel stipend to attend the conference. This person will also be required to submit their abstract to the national submission site by the November 29, 2022 deadline in order to be accepted. The second place winner will receive $400 and the third place winner will receive $300. The final 2 runner ups will each receive a $50 Amazon e-gift card.
