Please join the chapter for an educational presentation titled "Building a Glycemic Excellence Program: Practical Strategies to Improve Inpatient Glucose Management," provided by Dr. Neha Garg.
This presentation will review the development and implementation of a multidisciplinary Glycemic Excellence Program designed to improve blood sugar control in hospitalized patients. Attendees will learn practical strategies to reduce hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia, standardize inpatient diabetes management, and improve transitions of care. Lessons learned and opportunities for implementing similar initiatives at other institutions will also be discussed.
