Welcome to the Tampa Bay Area Chapter community on the Society of Hospital Medicine’s online collaborative forum, the Hospital Medicine Exchange (HMX). This community is a place for Tampa Bay Area Chapter members to learn about local chapter activities and events and to discuss issues of interest to you and other chapter members that are currently impacting hospital medicine and healthcare as a whole. The Tampa Bay Area Chapter of SHM was established in December 2012 as the Western Florida Chapter and expanded its geography in the spring of 2015. Members can view updates from past chapter meetings in the file library within the community.
