Welcome to the New Hampshire & Vermont Chapter community on the Society of Hospital Medicine’s online collaborative forum, the Hospital Medicine Exchange (HMX). This community is a place for New Hampshire & Vermont Chapter members to learn about local chapter activities and events and to discuss issues of interest to you and other chapter members that are currently impacting hospital medicine and healthcare as a whole. The New Hampshire & Vermont Chapter of SHM was established in July 2019.
