QI SIG Team,
Thank you to all the submissions and suggestions for A3 project templates. We have compiled a standardized format of the A3 document to allow QI enthusiasts to share their projects within the community and to receive comments, suggestions, and praise. A blank template, template with detailed descriptions of each portion of the A3, and a real project (based on work from the amazing residents at Mercy Hospital in Chicago) summarized within the new template are attached to this post and stored in the QI files within HMX.
We hope others will share their projects with the community so we can further improve patient care together.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the standardized A3 template.
We have been using our system template as part of Lean Green belt training for for QI education of our providers.Will try to share our project as it progresses.
