The Long Island and Hampton Roads Chapters are pleased to collaborate for a virtual meeting on Wednesday, February 22nd at 4:00 p.m. ET. Please join the chapters for an educational lecture titled "Living & Leading with Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence," provided by Dr. Gwendolyn Williams, the Hampton Roads Chapter President.

2. Define mindfulness, review history and supporting evidence to physician well-being
