CALL FOR ABSTRACTS:
The SHM Minnesota Chapter encourages all Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine, IM-Pediatrics and Pediatrics Residents, Fellows and Medical Students to participate in the chapter's Annual Scientific Poster Competition. There is no fee to participate. Medical students are required to register for an SHM Medical Student membership. There are no annual membership dues  for Medical Student memberships.

Poster submission deadline:  Friday, November 11, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. CT
Participation submission instructions:

Please include in the title of your email "SHM MN Chapter Poster Submission - (your name)"
Notification of Acceptance: All first authors will be notified if abstracts are accepted via e-mail within a week after the submission deadline.

The highest scoring abstract overall will receive automatic acceptance into the National RIV Competition at the SHM's annual conference, Converge, March 26-29, 2023 in Austin, TX. This person must submit their abstract into SHM’s online submission site by the deadline, November 29, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be accepted. The SHM Minnesota Chapter will award the first-place winner free registration to SHM’s Annual Conference. While only the first-place winner is provided automatic acceptance, everyone is encouraged to submit their abstracts into the National RIV Competition. In the instance that the first-place winner cannot participate, the award will be provided to the second place, and then third and so forth.
