Welcome to the Michigan Chapter community on the Society of Hospital Medicine’s online collaborative forum, the Hospital Medicine Exchange (HMX). This community is a place for Michigan Chapter members to learn about local chapter activities and events and to discuss issues of interest to you and other chapter members that are currently impacting hospital medicine and healthcare as a whole. The Michigan Chapter of SHM was established in November 2013 as the Southern Michigan Chapter. The chapter expanded its geography in June 2016 to the entire state of Michigan. Members can view updates from past chapter meetings in the file library within the community.
